At BeforeYouNowUs, we take as our mission to aid elderly people and all those who seek for help. Through a dense net of volunteers, we aim to offer our society a vast and organized army of volunteers, who are sorted and hand picked for each event and task, whether it is to help out at a nursing home or to entertain in a children's hospital.

On the other hand, the vollunteers are also one of our organizations top priority. we intend to direct and allocate each volunteer to the spaces they feel more at ease. We can also say that our mission is, therefore, to inspire and develop the volunteers of tomorrow.

Board of Directors

This person oversees day-to-day operations; designs strategy and sets goals for growth; maintains budgets and optimizes expenses; sets policies and processes, ensures employees work productively and develop professionally, among other things

General Manager

This person answers and directs phone calls; organizes and schedules appointments; plans meetings; writes and distributes emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms; assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Administrative Assistant

This person develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; manages the recruitment and selection process, among other things

Human Resources Manager

This person provides financial reports and interprets financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action; advises on investment activities and provides strategies that the company should take, among other things

Financial, Accounting and Administrative Manager

This person manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, among other things

Accounting Manager

This person manages information, technology and computer systems; plans, organizes, controls and evaluates IT and electronic data operations, manages IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance, among other things

IT Manager

This person coordinates employer branding activities; shapes the profile of our ideal candidate to ensure our recruiting strategies address the right audience; enriches our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials, among other things

Marketing Manager

This person consults and handles all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents); develops company policy and position on legal issues, among other things
